Family Home Evening—Mouths

Our theme for family home evening this week was: mouths. For a lesson we talked about all of the things we can say and do with our mouths. We then discussed how important it is to use our mouths to do good things. We talked about how sometimes our mouths can hurt or make others unhappy. We also talked about how our mouths can be kind and make people happy. We then set a goal to try hard to use our mouths for good. After the lesson we made cupcake faces (the kids wanted the dessert first this week). And then we made face puppets with all different mouths(this brought smiles to both kids mouths). And hopefully, this week, we will use our mouths for good things only—or close.
