Naughty Boy

Hudson is a very sneaky and naughty boy (I mean this in a very lovingly motherly way). I am constantly catching Hudson sneaking off into things he knows very well he should not be in (these are specific situations he has been told not to do over and over again). But since he is so curious and mischievous, he tends to get into these situations anyway.

Today was one of those mischievous, sneaky and naughty days. While I was busy getting things back in order after our trip, Hudson was busy sneaking off. After a small moment of not hearing him, I went upstairs to find this:

He was standing in the bathroom applying my mascara. I, of course, instantly laughed, and so did he. I could not believe that he had moved the stool, opened my mascara and put it all over his face. I told him—in a not-so-convincing voice—that Mommy’s make-up is a no-no. But I’m pretty sure my reprimand went unheeded. I couldn’t even muster up a serious voice. It was too funny. How can one be serious when one’s son has black mascara all over his face? I know I can’t. Hudson is such a silly boy. I just love him

Wyatt loves my make up brushes! He wants to sit on my lap when I do my make up and put it on himself as well :)
