Walking Can Be Quite Dangerous

Hudson is really starting to walk now—he seems so little and young—but along with the accomplishment of this feat, comes more bumps and bruises. Hudson found that out firsthand today, when he fell into the leg of our dinging room table chair. He hit hard; and cried profusely—something he hardly ever does—and was actually hard to console. He now has a large welt above his right eye. Growing up is hard and dangerous work.
