Four-Month Stats

The little fellow—as Elle likes to refer to him—did not let us down at his four-month well-check. He was still very heavy in the weight department—as my arms can attest to—and he was also very tall—as his outgrown clothes can attest to. He was a very good boy, and only cried for a moment after the shots; but once I fed him, he was fine. A good meal always seems to lift his spirits. We were very happy to learn that he is a healthy, growing boy.

His growth percentiles for four months were:

Weight 16 lbs 1 oz (75%)
Height 26 ½” (97%)
Head 16 ¼” (25%)

Although he slimmed down a little (probably due to his endless hours of jumping in his jumper), he still well outweighs what his sister did at four months. Elle weighed eleven pounds twelve ounces, and she was twenty-two inches long. Quite a difference. He is definitely our big boy, or little fellow—either one is fitting.
