We took Hudson for his one week appointment today, and he did so well. Not only had he gained back his birth weight, but he also exceeded it. He weighed 8 pounds today. When he was born he weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces. When he left the hospital, he weighed 7 pounds 8 ounces. Now, at only six days old, he weighs 8 pounds. I was very surprised, seeing as how it took Elle forever to gain back her birth weight. He is a very good eater, and a wonderful baby.

Ashley, I just checked your blog and was so happy to see your little guy arrived. He is so perfect. I am glad all worked well. We miss you guys but are happy things are going well for you! Cute little boy!
