On Christmas We ...

Woke up and slid down the stair rail. (Hudson's favortie thing right now.)

Saw what Santa brought.

American Girl for Elle.

Optimus Prime for Hudson.

And opened more and more and more presents.

The kids had so much fun, and got completely spoiled. It was a wonderful Christmas. We were happy to spend it together as a family.

On Christmas Eve We ...

Went ice skating.

Opened presents.

Got new pajamas.

Put out cookies and milk for Santa, and carrots for the reindeer.

Crashed.

In December We ...

Decorated the Christmas tree.

Played in the snow.

Made snow angels.

Visited Santa.

Baked—superhero style.

Elle lost two more teeth on the top. (Not sure how she is supposed to eat.)

Made gingerbread houses.

Saw Christmas lights.

<

And got all dressed up for church.

It was a fun month.

Hayden's First Birthday

Today was my sweet little Hayden’s birthday. I love and miss my little boy so much. I wasn’t sure how today would go, and although there were a lot of tears, there were also a lot of smiles. Hayden is a special part of our family, and we feel very lucky and honored to have him in our lives. I am grateful for the knowledge that I have of eternal families. I know that our family will be together forever.

Happy Birthday Hayden. We love and miss you.
